OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Check that all parts are complete and not damaged.

WARNING:

The blade is sharp, handle with great care and be sure appliance is

unplugged from the outlet before assembling or removing parts.

BLENDER OPERATION

1.   Place the motor unit on the flat surface and make sure it is unplugged.

NOTE:

There is a safety interlock device at the bottom of jar. If the jar is not
assembled correctly, the blender will not operate.

2.    Peel or core the fruits or vegetables to be blended and then cut them into small

pieces.

3.    Remove blender jar cover by lifting off and insert ingredients. Usually a certain

amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of the
appliance. The total amount of ingredients and water should not exceed the max
level as indicated on the jar nor sit lower the minimum level. The best proportion
of fruits or vegetables to water is 2:3.

NOTE:

The center of the top lid can be removed and turned upside down to serve as
a measuring cup following markings etched on the side.

CAUTION:

This blender should NOT be used for beating egg whites, mashing

potatoes, mixing dough or extracting juice from fruit and vegetables.

4.    Replace jar cover on the jar and turn clockwise until locked in base of the motor

unit.

NOTE:

There is a safety interlock device at the side of the jar base, if the jar base is

not assembled correctly, the blender will not operate.

5.   With unit off, plug into electrical outlet. Then, chose desired speed setting.

NOTE:

To access speeds 1-5, Speed Group selector button must not be pressed. To

access speeds 6-10, Speed Group selector button must be pressed.  Speeds 4,
5, 9 and 10 are pulse only and must be manually held in to operate. When you
let go, blending will stop automatically.

CAUTION:

Never open the jar cover during operation. If desired, you can stir your
mixture through the opening in the center of the jar cover. You may
also add ingredients into the jar through the center opening of jar cover
during operation. Turn the measuring cup section counter clockwise until
“dial” aligns with cutouts and lift. When finished, replace measuring cup
section and turn clockwise until it is locked into place.

5.    Do NOT run the appliance for more than 3 minutes at a time and wait until unit

cools to room temperature before performing next operation cycle.

6.   Push the “OFF” control once mixture is at the desired consistency.

7.    Turn the jar counter clockwise and remove it from the base motor unit. Carefully

remove the jar cover, pour and serve.
