Please read the following instructions carefully to avoid malfunc-
tions, damage and injuries:

Please read these operating instructions carefully. Only use the salt and
pepper mill in accordance with these operating instructions.

Do not leave packing materials lying around carelessly. Plastic bags etc. can
be dangerous toys for children.

Keep the units out of the reach of small children.

Never immerse the salt and pepper mill in water or other fluids.

Only fill the container with pepper or salt.

Only use the units indoors in dry rooms or in environments protected against
moisture.

Do not subject the units to high temperatures and high vibrations.

Do not subject the unit to excessive mechanical loads.

Remove the batteries from the unit if not using it for a longer period of time of
if the batteries are flat.

Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries, disassemble, burn or short-
circuit batteries.

Do not clean the unit’s components with aggressive detergents or cleaning
spirits. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean.

Do not disassemble the drive unit. It does not contain any parts serviceable by
you.

If you have any questions or problems, please contact our service depart-
ment. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
Batteries do not belong in household
garbage.
