The kneading time, the rest time and the baking time can be set
individually, according to your recipes. The keep warm time can also be
adjusted individually, if desired.
The pre-set times for kneading, rising and baking are as follows:

1. Press the button Eigenprogramm . The display shows 3:00. Press the
button Eigenprogramm once more. The display shows 0:10. This is the
time for kneading 1.
2. For changing the time, press the buttons Zeit . The new
adjustments will be stored in memory.
3. Press alternately the button Eigenprogramm and the button Zeit ,
in order to skip to the next setting and to make the new adjustments.
4. Finally press the button , to start the Eigenprogramm .
