Description of the Panel
Before first Use
Remove the bread maker and all accessories from the packaging and
dispose off all packaging material form the unit, the baking pan and the
accessories. Store the packaging material out of reach of children. There
is danger of suffocation!
Check the device for damage in transport. Clean all parts of the device
before using the first time as described below under Cleaning and Storing.
Keep the manual close to the bread maker as it is part of the bread maker.
The manual contains useful hints on properly operating the device and
important safety notes.
Using the Bread Maker for the first time without dough
When using the bread maker for the very first time we recommend
operating it without content for short time. The device may emit a little
smoke during operation. This is normal and will disappear in a while.
Ensure sufficient ventilation.
1. Insert the baking pan into the bread maker. Press down the baking
pan until it locks properly.
2. Insert the plug into the wall socket. You will hear a short peep and the
backlight of the display will turn on for approx. 15 seconds. The device
is now ready for use.

will also see two arrows close to
“Hell” and “500 g”. The arrows stand
for the browning and the weight of the bread. The programme is
selected but not activated.

START/STOP
to start the programme. The dots are
flashing. Time will run out in order to show the remaining time.
5. Leave the bread maker to operate for approx. 5 minutes and stop
operation by pressing the
START/STOP
for 3 seconds. You will hear a
confirmation sound and the time will flash again.
