Operation
Before first Use
Remove all packaging components from the unit. Do not leave
packing materials lying around carelessly. Plastic bags etc. can be
dangerous toys for children. Clean the unit before first use.
Intended Use
The salt/pepper mill is intended to be used with salt and pepper only
and for spicing dishes.
Inserting Batteries and Filling the Container
1. Hold the container with one hand and turn
the housing cover counter clockwise in
direction to the icon . Pull out the cover
and remove it.
2. Insert 6 fresh batteries of the type LR03
(AAA) into the battery compartments. Ob-
serve the right polarity. The battery polarity
symbols are shown in the battery compart-
ments.
3. Fill the containers with pepper or salt.
4. For locking turn the housing cover in direction to the icon .
Operation

To operate the grinding unit push the button
S for salt and the button P for pepper.

You can set the required grinding size by
turning the adjusting screws:
turn clockwise for fine grinding,
turn counter clockwise for coarse grinding.

If the grinding unit does not turn when set to a very fine setting,
you will have to select a coarser setting. If the grinding unit still
