Operation
Blade discs for Herbs (10a) + (10b)
1. To insert the blade discs for
herbs into the blade base, pro-
ceed as mentioned in the chap-
ter “Mounting” on the pages 12
to 14 and use the blade discs
(10a) and (10b).
2. Insert the blade disc (10b) on
the blade base (4) and put the
blade disc (10a) on the first
blade disc.
3. Please observe the markings
OUTSIDE and INSIDE on the
blade discs.
Blade disc for Hard Cheese (8)
For grating hard cheese or for
cutting the cheese into thin
slices you need only one
blade disc (8).
1. Place the blade disc for
hard cheese (8) on the
blade base (4)
2. Lock the blade base and
the transparent cup together.
