Operation
The cooking surface of the pan is coated with an anti-stick
surface.
Do not use pointed or metal items inside the pan, these may
damage the coating.
Cleaning

After operation pull the power plug and allow the buffet pan to
cool down.

Then disconnect the temperature regulator from the pan.
Please keep in mind that the temperature sensor on the
temperature regulator will become very hot during use.

Clean the buffet pan with warm water and detergent. Make
sure no water can enter the housing of the heater element. Do
not wash the buffet pan in the washing machine.

Do not use aggressive chemicals
or abrasives to clean the pan, the
housing
or the temperature
regulator.

Store the buffet pan in a dry
place. Store the frame inside the
pan, as shown in the picture.
