Please note the following advices to avoid malfunctions,
damage and injuries:

Dispose of the packaging materials carefully. Plastic bags may be-
come a deadly toy for small children.

Make sure the operating voltage stated on the type label corresponds
to the power mains voltage in your area.

If the unit itself or the power cables have been damaged, do not use
it any further but have it repaired by a professional.

Use the unit only indoors or in a dry, moisture protected environment.

Do not expose the unit to extreme temperatures, strong vibration or
high humidity.

Pull the power cord while you are not using the unit or during clean-
ing.

Do not short-circuit the output lines of the charger.

Place the connected batteries on a surface unsusceptible to heat; the
batteries may heat up considerably during charging.

Keep in the field of the recommended charging times, otherwise the
connected battery may overheat and be destroyed.

Charge only rechargeable batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries are
not suitable for recharging and may explode.

Do not disassemble or short-circuit batteries and do not burn them.

Do not disassemble the unit and do not attempt to repair it yourself. It
does not contain parts serviceable by you.
