Cleaning
Using the Dough Hooks
1. Insert the dough hooks (8) into the motor housing.
2. Please note that the dough hook with the ring fits only into the large
opening in the motor housing. Insert both dough hooks correctly into the
motor housing openings, as shown in the picture on the right.
3. As soon as the ingredients are ready mixed, switch off the appliance and
then lift the dough hooks out of the bowl to avoid splashing.
4. Always unplug the appliance and then eject the dough hooks by pushing
the eject button (1).
Cleaning and Storing

Clean the body of the appliance with a slightly moistened cloth. Do not
immerse it in water or any other liquids. Do not use aggressive chemicals
or abrasives for cleaning.

Clean the bowl and beaters or dough hooks under running water or in the
dishwasher. Clean the accessories immediately after use to avoid food
sticking.

Keep the ventilation slots (9) on the motor housing clean at all time. Avoid
debris to get into the slots.

Store the appliance in a dry and dust-free location. Store the mixer out of
reach of children.
