Using
Before first Use
Unpack the digital micrometer gauge and check it for any
damage in transit. Dispose of packaging materials or store
them out of reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may
become a deadly toy for children.
Inserting/Replacing the Batteries
1. The battery compartment is located at the side of the
tyre pressure gauge. Unscrew the battery compartment
cover (6) a ¼ turn counter clockwise and open the bat-
tery compartment.
2. Insert two new batteries of the type LR44 into the
battery compartment. Pay attention to the proper polari-
ty of the batteries. The plus pole has to face outside the
compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment with the cover.
Replace the battery if the display readings or the display
backlight get weaker.
General Operating Instructions
 Always follow the recommendations of the vehicle
manufacturer regarding the tyre pressure, which are
based on measurements on a cold tyre.
 If possible, check the tyre pressure of your vehicle every
four weeks. The proper tyre pressure reduces fuel con-
sumption, increases the life of the vehicle’s tyre and
reduces CO
2
emissions.
