Troubleshooting
Fault Cause Solution
Jack does lift
up Release valve is not
completely closed Close the release valve by turning the
handle clockwise
Oil level is too low Lower lifting arm, fill in hydraulic oil up
to approx. 6.4 mm under the seam of
the filling plug
Too much oil Remove excessive oil with a pipette.
The hydraulic oil level should be
approx. 6.4 mm under the seam of the
filling plug.
Overloaded Use suitable floor jack
Jack does not
keep the load
up Release valve is not
completely closed Close the release valve by turning the
handle clockwise
There are impurities
in the hydraulic
system Close the release valve. Step with one
foot on the front wheel and completely
lift up the lifting arm with your hand.
Lower the lifting arm and try again or
bleed the system.
Jack does not
lift up the load
to the max.
height Oil level is too low Lower lifting arm, fill in hydraulic oil up
to approx. 6,4 mm under the seam of
the filling plug
Air in the hydraulic
system Close the release valve. Step with one
foot on the front wheel and completely
lift up the lifting arm with your hand.
Lower the lifting arm slowly and try
again or bleed the system.
