Operation
CAUTION!

After 5 minutes of continuous use, allow the appliance to cool down for a few
minutes before next use.

Do not operate the appliance for more than 5 minutes continuously.

When using the blender, do not operate it for more than 1 minute.

Switch off and unplug the appliance from power mains before attaching and
removing the blender from the motor unit.

The blender is only intended to process food or sauces with a temperature
lower than 60° C!
Cleaning
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Clean the body of the appliance using only a moist cloth. Do not immerse it in
water or any other liquids.
3. Clean the beaters or dough hooks under running water or in the dishwasher.
Rinse and dry.
4. We recommend cleaning the accessories immediately after use. If food has
dried on them, please soak thoroughly in warm, soapy water.
5. After finishing work, use the clip as cable clamp. (Fig. 8)
SPEED Suggestion for Use
1
A good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter
and potatoes.
2 Speed to start with liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
3 For mixing dough for cakes and bread.

For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts,
and other ingredients.

For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping
cream, etc.
