Safety Notes
Use these snow chains only in emergencies and where snow chains are compulsory
(including 4WD vehicles); e.G. in winter sport areas, where blue signs with snow chain
symbols are put up.
Familiarise yourself with the snow chains before starting your journey. Practice
installing and removing the snow chains and always wear protective gloves.
Please keep in mind that the road handling of your vehicle will change with snow
chains. Please avoid abrupt accelerating and approach curves with caution.
Do not exceed the recommended top speed of 50 km/h.
The parts of the chains which contact the road surface will be worn during use. When
the wear exceeds 30 %, the chains should be replaced.
Do not use the snow chains on snow and ice free roads for longer trips.
When a link breaks, immediately stop your vehicle and remove the snow chains to
prevent damage to your vehicle.
After use wash the snow chains off with warm water to prevent road salt from damaging
the chains. After that, store the dry chains in the storage container.
Mounting
