Using
2 x Pressing the lantern turns on and can be switched on and off
with the remote control. The LED indicator for IR-
Mode (6) turns on.
3 x Pressing the lantern turns off and cannot be switched on with
the remote control.
Direct Operation
1. To turn on the lantern, press the ON/OFF button (4) once.
2. To turn off the lantern, press the ON/OFF button again twice.
Remote Control
1. Prior to operate the lantern with the remote control, press the
ON/OFF button (4) of the lantern in OFF mode twice to turn to IR
mode.
2. Now press the button (10) on the remote control. Direct the
remote control in the direction of the infrared receiver (7). Please
note that strong light sources e. g. direct sunlight might impair
the max. range of 8 m. To confirm an intact remote control, the
LED indicator (9) lights up during a switch signal.
Maintenance
ƒ When the batteries run low, the light becomes faint. Replace the
batteries of the lantern with new ones of the same type and
dimension.
ƒ If the lantern cannot be operated within the transmitting range,
please also check the battery of the remote control and replace if
necessary.
