Assembly and commissioning
Before using the product for the first time and before using it in everyday life, read the following instructions.
This chapter provides information on the correct installation, connection and use of the product.
Wiring up
Hint:
Before connecting the product to a power outlet, make sure that the power cord is not pinched or
damaged. Also make sure that the power output is within the voltage range of the product.
Connection to the mains supply
Connect the docking station to an electrical outlet using the USB cable and power adapter supplied. Make
sure that the cable is firmly seated in the product. A red LED on the front panel indicates that the docking
station is ready for use.
First start
Fully charge the battery before using it for the first time.
1.
Connect the Bodycam via the docking station or via Micro USB.
2.
Connect the docking station and the USB cable to a computer or the supplied power adapter.
=> The device switches on automatically. The function LED lights up blue. As soon as the battery is fully
charged, the function LED goes out.
