USE AND CARE.
Do not force this power tool. Use the correct power
tool for your application. The correct power tool will
do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was
conceived. Do not use this power tool if the switch
cannot be positioned to “off” and “on” position. Any
power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch
is dangerous and must be repaired. Remove the plug
from the power supply and/or battery before making
any adjustments, changing accessories or storing
this power tool. Such preventive safety measures re-
duce the risk of starting this power tool accidentally.
Do not use accessories which are not specifically de -
signed and recommended by Werku
®
. Just because
the accessory can be attached to this power tool, it
does not assure safe operation. The rated speed of
the accessory must be at least equal to the maximum
speed marked on this power tool. Accessories run-
ning faster than their rated speed can break and fly
apart. The outside diameter and the thickness of your
accessory must be within the capacity rating of this
power tool. Incorrectly sized accessories cannot be
adequately guarded or controlled. Threaded mount-
ing of accessories must match the spindle thread.
For accessories mounted by flanges, the arbour hole
of the accessory must fit the locating diameter of the
flange. Accessories that do not match the mounting
hardware of this power tool will run out of balance,
vibrate excessively and may cause loss of control.
Do not use a damaged accessory. Before each use,
inspect the accessory. If this power tool or its acces-
sory is dropped, inspect for damage or install an un-
damaged accessory. After inspecting and installing
an accessory, position yourself and bystanders away
from the plane of the rotating accessory and run this
power tool at maximum no-load speed for one min-
ute. Damaged accessories will normally break apart
during this test time. Position the cord clear of the
spinning accessory. If you lose control, the cord may
be cut or snagged and your hand or arm may be
pulled into the spinning accessory. Regularly clean
this power tool’s air vents. The motor’s fan will draw
the dust inside the housing and excessive accumula-
tion of powdered metal may cause electrical hazards.
STORAGE .
Store power tools out of reach of children and not
allow the handling of power tools to people unfami-
liar with the tools or these instructions. Power tools
are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
MAINTENANCE.
Check moving parts for misalignment or binding, the-
re are no broken parts or other conditions that may
affect the operation of power tools. Power tools are
repaired before use when they are damaged. Many
accidents are caused by poorly maintained power
tools. Use power tools, accessories and tool tips, etc.
according to these instructions and in the manner
provided for the particular type of power tool, taking
into account the conditions work and work to deve-

CHECK CONDITION.

fectly tightened. In cold climates or when this power
tool has not been used for a period, allow this power
tool to warm up by leaving it to run empty for a few
minutes, to ensure that all internal components are
perfectly lubricated. Make sure that the possible ins-
talled accessories are perfectly fitted in place.
BEFORE STARTING WORK.
Make sure that this power too is firmly supported be -
fore using. Check that no one is standing beneath you
when using this power too in high areas. Keep your
hands away from all moving parts of this power too.
DURING THE OPERATION.
Do not leave this power too operating without having
it firmly fixed. Only turn it on when you are sure you
have full control over it. Do not point this power too
at anyone while in use. When operating this power
too will produce vibrations. The screws may gradually
come loose, and possibly cause faults or accidents.
Keep your hands away from all moving parts of this
power too.
AT FINISH WORKING.
Do not touch the possible accessories installed in
this power too after use. It may be hot and cause
burns. Some materials worked with may contain
chemicals or toxic components. Avoid inhaling the-
se substances or allowing them to come into con-
tact with your skin. Use PPE designed to prevent
and protect against incidents of this kind.
