1. Attach the foot pad (12) to the bottom of both the upper (8) and lower legs (7).
2. Set the upper legs (8) over the lower legs (7) as shown in the following diagram.
3. Slide the upper ring (9) into the leg assembly and connect the three pieces with four round head bolts (10).
Make sure the bolts are inserted from the outside of the stool towards the inside. Secure the bolts with four wash-
ers (3) and nuts (6).
NOTE - the round head bolts (10) should go through both the upper and lower legs (8, 7) before going through
the upper ring (9).
4. Slide the foot rest (11) over the leg assembly and connect the three pieces with four round head bolts (10).
Make sure the bolts travel from the outside to the inside of the stool. Secure the bolts with four washers (3) and
nuts (6).
NOTE - the round head bolts (10) should first go through the foot rest (11) before being inserted into the upper
and lower legs (8, 7).
5. Insert four bolts (5) through the swivel plate (2) and into the leg section. Secure the bolts with four washers (3)
and nuts (6). Tighten all bolts.
6. Place the seat (1) cushion side down on a non-marring surface. Place the swivel assembly (2) on the bottom of
the seat so that the holes on the swivel line up with the holes on the bottom of the seat.
7. Insert each of the four remaining bolts (4) through the swivel plate (2) and into the holes on the bottom of the
seat (1). Tighten all bolts once everything is in place.
NOTE: Periodically check to make sure that all bolts and nuts remain tightened. Do not use the seat if any com-
ponents are damaged or loose.
