Product warranty
(1) 본 제품은 철저한 품질관리 및 검사과정을 거쳐 만들어진 제품입니다.
This is a high quality product which has been rigorously tested and inspected.
(2) 제품 보증 기간은 통상 공장 출고일로부터 12개월이며, 보증기간 내에 제조상의 결함으로 인하여 고장이
발생하였을 경우 당사 특약점이나 지정 서비스 센터에 의뢰하시면 무상으로 수리하여 드립니다.
I-CEN comes with a limited one year warranty from the date of delivery. In the unlikely event that your
I-CEN malfuncti ons and requires repair due to a manufacturing defect or naturally occurring system
breakdown. Please contact the Agent or designated Service Centre for instructi ons and assistance giving
details of:

Changeable service instructi on.
다음과 같은 경우에는 유상 수리를 받으셔야 합니다.
The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the
control of WELTEM, as described below. Compensati on will be charged for repairs required for any of the
following reasons :
① 소비자의 고의 또는 부주의로 고장이 발생한 경우
When the system failed due to customer carelessness and/or misuse.
② 정격 전압 이상으로 인해 고장이 발생한 경우
The system failed due to an unstable power supply.
③ 천재지변에 의해 고장이 발생한 경우
When system failed due to a natural disaster.
④ 당사 특약점이나 서비스센터가 아닌 곳에서 제품을 개조 또는 수리한 경우
When the product had been repaired or changed by other than designated agents or Service Centers.
⑤ 본사의 명판이 부착되어 있지 않은 경우
When WELTEM’s name tag is not att ached to the product.

WELTEM reserves the right to change the appearance and specifi cati ons at anyti me to enhance the quality of the product.
