TROUBLESHOOTING
If the unit does not initially power on, make certain the unit is plugged in properly
and that the power supply is the correct voltage and amperage to support operation
of the unit. If problems occur with no code displayed, please contact an authorized
service agent or technical service.

pan not detected
There is no pot/pan, too small of a pot/pan, or the
incorrect type of pot/pan on the unit.
If none of these seem to be the cause, contact
an authorized service agent or technical support.

over temperature
The power module temperature is too high, likely caused
by a blockage to the cool air inlet.
If the air passage is clear and the problem remains,
contact an authorized service agent or technical support.

power switch malfunction
There is a problem detected with the power switch.
Set the switch to “0” and the problem remains,
contact an authorized service agent or technical support.

IGBT temperature sensor error
Contact an authorized service agent or technical support.

Make certain the unit is plugged into an adequate
