Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Remedy
The product is not turning ON
(mains powered model)
No line voltage.
Check whether there is power at the socket by plugging in
another product that you know works.
The power supply cable is damaged . Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
The power supply cable is not plugged in properly. Check the connection.
Blown fuse
To replace a blown fuse, contact the Technogym Technical
Support Service.
Excessive internal noise
The product is not level. Check and level by using the levelling feet.
Bearings are damaged. Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
The belt is worn. Contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.
Movement is not smooth
when the product is
operating.
Pedal slide rails and/or rollers are dirty. Clean the pedal slide rails.
