Handpiece/nozzle clogged Check for clog
Handpiece inoperable,
handpiece was not in cradle on
power up Replace and remove handpiece
from cradle. If it still does not
function properly, clean the LED
sensor hole with a cotton swab.
Tubing pinched Check tubing
Powder chamber empty Refill powder chamber
Air Valve problem Call local service rep
Clogged orifice in chamber Disassemble and clean chamber
Powder flow from handpiece hose Ruptured handpiece hose Call local service rep
Air flow from nozzle when
footswitch is not depressed Loss of air pressure due to a
misadjusted pinch valve
regulator Put system in Standby and call local
service rep
Faulty footswitch
Put system in Standby and call local

Defective pinch valve Put system in Standby and call local

Pinch valve block is not tight Put system in Standby and tighten
