A. Intended Use
1.
The Connex ProBP 3400 can measure:
a.
Systolic and diastolic blood pressure (Pediatrics and Adults)
b.
Pulse rate
c. MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure) Display of this value is optional.
2. The device is intended to be used by clinicians and medically qualified personnel. It is available for sale
only upon the order of a physician or licensed health care provider.
B. Battery
1. The device is powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
2.
Prior to initial use, install and charge the battery for 6 hours.
3.
A dead battery may result if the ProBP 3400 is left uncharged or unused for a long period of a time. If
this occurs, charge the battery for 6 hours by connecting the ProBP 3400 to an external power source.
