3. Mix a solution of sanitizer and warm water.
Solution Type Water Mixed With
Sanitizer 3 gal. (11 L) 2 oz. (60 ml) sanitizer
Important
Do not rinse after sanitizing.
4. Sanitize all interior bin surfaces access doors, guillotine
assembly and drain pans. Use a spray bottle to liberally
apply the solution. Do not rinse the sanitized areas.
Reinstall any removed parts.
5. Clean and sanitize the ice delivery carts.
A. Wash cart liner with an approved cleaner.
B. Rinse all areas thoroughly with clean water.
C. Sanitize the cart - Use a spray bottle to liberally
apply the solution. Do not rinse the sanitized areas.
