Otherwise, extremely heavy rainfall may cause moisture indoors, which can lead to discolouration and damage of the
wood. The manufacturer accepts no liability for such damages; they are not eligible for compensation under the
warranty, nor are they covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In that regard, reference is once again expressly made
to our warranty conditions at this point.
With products such as bitumen roof covering, the roofing paper included serves as preliminary protection against
weathering. To ensure lasting protection, we recommend you to cover the roof with self-adhesive, aluminium-based
roofing membranes, bitumen roof shingles or EPDM film. This provides a good basis for a long life and resistance to
the influences of the weather. If this is not done, your weka product may incur damage.
Make sure that the wall boards are not rigidly connected in a vertical direction, e.g. by installing cable ducts, shelves,
trellises, etc.
Electrical installation
The electrical installation may only be carried out by an accredited electrician taking into account the VDE and EVU
guidelines.
Please find information on assembling the sauna stove and control unit in the enclosed assembly instructions.
CAUTION
Contrary to the notes in the installation instructions for the sauna controller, the stove or bench sensors are to be
attached to the sauna ceiling. After the first ceiling panel has been laid loosely on the ceiling supporting timbers, the
cables are laid above the ceiling panel (figure 22) as far as the sauna room. The ceiling panel is then drilled through
as shown in the following figure (Ø 10 mm each).
This change has been made in consultation with the manufacturer of the sauna controller.

CAUTION
The electric cable for connection to the mains supply (not included in the scope of delivery) must not be laid within the
sauna walls. The mains supply cable is connected to the silicone cable (Si1), which runs out through the rear wall of
the sauna cabin (approx. 223-237 cm above the foundation) as shown in Fig. 22.2.
