Step 3.

Click [IIoT/Energy] » [OPC UA Server], and select [Enable] check box to enable OPC UA

Server.

Step 4.

Click [Tags] of the device and then click [New Tag] to add tags monitored using OPC UA.

When finished, click [OK] to leave.

Step 5.

Find the created tags in OPC UA Server window.
