9. Maintenance
9.1 Intervals
We recommend only having servicing and
maintenance performed by Weinmann,
the manufacturer, or authorized dealers.

Both filters must be regularly checked for
soiling.
• The coarse filter should be cleaned once
a week and changed every 6 months.
• The fine filter should be changed after
250 operating hours at the latest.
From reasons of hygiene we recommend:
• replacing the pressure measurement
tube

after 6 months and earlier
when soiled;
• replacing the complete mask system
every 6 to 12 months depending on
soiling;
• replacing the exhalation system accord-
ing to the relevant operating instruc-
tions.
In addition, servicing must be carried out as
a preventative measure. Either after:
• 5000 operating hours (maintenance
symbol

appears in display);
• 2 years at the latest (see servicing stick-
er on bottom of unit).
Maintenance includes the following:
• Filter change;
• Cleaning unit;
• Replacement of any defective parts;
• Complete check of unit functions and
pressure indicator.
