My device doesn’t charge
If your USB device does not charge, you should first check
the following:
• Did you connect the USB charger after starting the car?
• Is the USB charger correctly connected to the car's
cigarette lighter?
• Are there any defects in the USB cable?
• Can you still charge the device using other USB chargers?
• Does the 12v socket in the car work? Try the car charger in
another car.
Is the USB charger still not working? Do not disassemble
the device under any circumstances. You can contact us by

Warranty
If you experience quality problems, please contact us
within one month from the date of purchase to receive a
new product.
The warranty period for Wegman car accessories is 12
months. The above warranty does not include damage
caused by people or misuse.
