5 FAULTS
This chapter presents:
A lists of all the faults that may occur.
Instructions for periodic inspections and preventive maintenance on the equipment.
5.1 OPERATION OF FAULTS
When a fault is detected:
Blocking of the IGBT trigger pulses.
The “Fault” LED and the digital outputs RL1 and RL2 behave as shown in table 5.1.

The braking module, if properly supplied, goes back to normal operation shortly after
the cause of fault is cleared.
5.2 INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR CONTACTING TECHNICAL SUPPORT
NOTE!
For technical support and servicing, it is important to have the following
information in hand:
Braking module model.
Serial number and manufacturing date that are listed in the product
nameplate.
Data on the performed application and programming.
