into the second holes. Install the screws with the black plastic knobs.

Assemble the stroller attachment using two bolts.

Adjust the stroller wheel lock or swivel setting.

If the wheel is not vertical, loosen the

screws, twist the assembly to the align

the wheel, then retighten the screws to

hold the wheel in the desired alignment.
