12V WARNING SCREENS
24V WARNING SCREENS
Warning
Screen 1
When you select 12V jump mode, this screen will appear to
confirm that the 12V jump mode was activated.
Warning
Screen 2
When you are in 12V jump mode and your vehicle’s battery
voltage is measuring above 15V, this screen will appear.
If your vehicle’s battery voltage is too high in 12V mode it
is likely that you are jumping a 24V system. The unit will
automatically switch to 24V mode in this instance.
Warning
Screen 1
When you select 24V jump mode, this screen will appear to
confirm that the 24V jump mode was activated.
Warning
Screen 2
When you are in 24V jump mode and your vehicle’s battery
voltage is measuring below 15V, this screen will appear.
It’s possible that your 24V battery is incredibly weak, or that
you are really jumping a 12V battery and accidentally chose
the wrong jump start mode.
Crankenstein cannot distinguish between the two, so you
must re-select the correct jump start mode (12V or 24V) to
continue.
Warning
Screen 3
When you are in 24V jump mode and your vehicle’s battery
voltage is measuring below 2V, this screen will appear.
Crankenstein will take a few minutes to “trickle charge” your
battery to bring the voltage up to 2.0V before you can jump.
