After complete of account setup, setup authorities of user’s ID.   

 

To use Playback page, check ‘HDD’ in User’s account at Authority of Configuration Tool.   

Also, click to Check box and Apply to use ‘Microphone’, ‘PTZ’, ‘Relay’ by user wanted.   

 

If it shows 1CH image only, check CH 1 and uncheck the rest channel and function.

Usable Browser 

WebViewer is optimized to Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher in PC for smooth use. 

 

Webviewer Installer 

We are providing with manual installation program for WebViewer in Login page. 

When accessing Webviewer at first time, user should install ActiveX to use WebViewer function. 

If the installation has any problem, please, download and install it manually with the installation file
