Before-You-Grill Checklist

Make sure that your Rotisserie
Skewer Set is clean and ready to go.
Endcap Preparation
1. Loosen the locking screws on each
endcap bracket (A) .
2. Unlock both latches on endcap
brackets (B) .
Use Instructions
Prepare Skewers
1. Load food evenly onto skewers
before assembly.
First Skewer Assembly
2. Identify right side plate (C) . Pass
handle end of the first skewer
through bottom hole on the right
side plate.
3. Pinch end of handle and lock into
both the slot and hole.
4. Insert the pointed end of skewer
into the bottom position of left side
plate.
Assemble Remaining Skewers from
the Bottom Up
5. Assemble two more skewers at the
next two lower positions (D) .
6. Finish assembling the top three
skewers (E) . Important: Assemble all
six skewers when using kebab set.
You are now ready for grilling.
Grilling and Assembly Instructions
1. Lower or remove your warming/
grilling rack. If necessary, remove
cooking grates.
2. Preheat your grill prior to cooking
using the instructions included with
your grill owner’s guide.
3. Lightly oil and season your
food by following your recipe’s
recommendations before grilling.
4. Install your accessory rotisserie
motor and rotisserie shaft onto
your grill. Refer to your rotisserie
accessory owner’s guide for all
instructions and safety details.
How to Install/Remove Skewer Set
Important: Always protect your hands
from hot surfaces by wearing gloves
or mitts.
1. Slide skewer set onto rotisserie
shaft (F) .
2. Secure latches on each endcap
bracket (G) .
3. Tighten both locking screws (H) .
Important: push skewer set fully
forward while tightening
. Screws
must engage flat surface of
rotisserie shaft.
4. When food is done, turn off grill and
rotisserie motor. Be sure to stop the
motor with skewer set in a position
to easily access the locking screws.
5. Using gloves or mitts loosen both
locking screws. Release both
latches and pull skewer set away
from grill.
Caring for Your Rotisserie Skewer Set
• Clean after each use. The Rotisserie
Skewer Set is dishwasher safe,
however, handwashing using a mild
detergent with a non-abrasive nylon
brush or sponge is recommended to
extend the life of the product.
• Thoroughly dry before storing.
• A convenient storage bag is
included when accessory is not
in use.
• With usage, the color of the
stainless steel surface will begin
to change. This is completely
normal and will not change the
cooking results.
