in-formation or support that may be provided by Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG. Cus-
tomer represents and agrees that it has all the necessary expertise to create and implement
safeguards which anticipate dangerous consequences of failures, monitor failures and their
consequences lessen the likelihood of failures that might cause harm and take appropriate re-
medial actions. The customer will fully indemnify Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG and
its representatives against any damages arising out of the use of any Würth Elektronik eiSos
GmbH & Co. KG components in safety-critical applications.

AMBER wireless is a registered trademark of Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG. All
other trademarks, registered trademarks, and product names are the exclusive property of the
