Bolt the Carriage Vertical Tubes to the assembled Carriage Horizontal Tubes. The holes

in the vertical tubes must be drilled clearance for #10-32 bolts with the outside face

drilled to 3/8”, similar to how the Elevator Base Tube is done. When assembled, the

#10-32 x 3/8”L bolts should sit inside the Carriage Vertical Tube.
