ASSEMBLY
The assembly of this table requires the
assistance of another person.
NOTE: Hardware packs are included in
packaging. You may receive more hardware
than needed. Discard any extra hardware after
assembly.
1. Place
Part ①
with plate facing down on a protected flat surface.
2. Align holes in the end plate of
Part ②
with
Part ①
. Make sure the
tabs
Part ②
are facing down.
Connect cross bar to the frame using
Hardware A
and
Hardware B
.
Use a screw gun and a 4mm hex bit to tighten
Hardware A
and
Hardware B
. We suggest using a 4mm hex wrench to hold the nut
in place while tightening
Hardware A
.
Repeat for other frame leg.
5. Using a screw gun and a # S2 square bit, secure
Part ②
to top with
Hardware D
. Use one screw per tab with a total of (6) screws being
used (3 per side).
6. Before placing
Hardware E
in the bottom of the frame leg, lock the
caster by pushing down on the brake lever.
Twist the stem of
Hardware E
into the hole on the bottom of
Part ①
.
Use 3/4” wrench to tighten 3/4” nut on stem of
Hardware E
.
Repeat for remaining
Hardware E
.
3. Place
Part ③
down on a protected flat surface so threaded inserts
and pre-drilled pilot holes are facing up.
4. Place
Parts ① & ②
on top and align with threaded inserts & pre-
drilled pilot holes.
Using a screw gun and a 4mm hex bit, secure both frame legs to
top with
Hardware C
. Use (8) bolts for each frame leg.
