For the oil burner to function properly the distance between the nozzle and the air cone needs to be maintained as shown

on pages 28-29.
Suggested startup setting: EH-DC Flamelock
1/8” ahead of cast iron cone face for 3.00 to 4.50 gal/hr or
¼” ahead for 4.50 to 6.00 gal/hr
