For reporting each individual Trouble, an appropriate EOLR must be placed
in accordance with the requirements of the External Source based on
whether the input to the Source is Normally Open or Normally Closed.
The configuration shown in Figure 5.10 and Figure 5.1 1 will result in each
individual HPSA Trouble being reported to the External Source.
