CONNECTIONS

The drawing below displays the connections for an HPSA-7100-R Audio and Monitoring Bridge using
NAC/Sounder

FIGURE A.1

AMB’s 1V/25V Input and NAC/Sounder Trouble Connections

Trouble contacts can be daisy chained together, with an EOLR placed in series with a set
of Trouble contacts. The EOLR value is dependent upon the requirements of the External
Source.
The configuration shown in Figure A.1 and Figure A.2 will result in a single HPSA Trouble
being reported. The single trouble includes multiple HPSA Trouble circuits; the Operator
will need to troubleshoot the HPSA to identify which specific Trouble circuit is causing the
reported trouble.
