To restore Communicator Configurations:

Access the Communicator Configuration Console.
In the General tab, click Restore .
An Open dialog box appears.

Navigate to where you stored your Communicator backup files and select
the file.

Click Open .
The settings are restored and appear in the open Configuration Console.
