PLACING THE DEVICE
The device is supplied with a mount to which
it may be attached using a quick release
mechanism. The device can be released from its
mount easily with one hand. This can be useful
for checking a potential source of radiation before
approaching it, minimising the risk of exposure.
This can be done simply by holding it in your
outstretched hand or using an extension attached
to the tripod socket if you wish to check from
farther away.
The device can be attached to your body in
several different ways.
