Is the modem receiving an incoming call or already in communication?

With some software versions, you must release any incoming or active call (with ATH) before being able
to make an outgoing call.

The modem always returns «No carrier» when trying to issue a communication
A) After a failed attempt (“no carrier”), issue AT+CEER to have extended error cause
