Why does the battery not appear in the list of available devices in the app?
The battery can only be connected to one Bluetooth device at a time. If the battery does not appear
in the list of available devices in the app, make sure that no other device is connected to the battery.
Also, make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on the phone or smartphone. The smartphone to
be connected must support at least Bluetooth 4.0. In some cases, reinstalling the app can help
solve problems.
Why are different states of charge displayed when several batteries are connected in
parallel?
Since the state of charge of each battery in a network is calculated for itself, deviations are normal.
Especially in the case of newly connected batteries, it can take several cycles until all batteries in a
parallel connection have equalized. If the deviations are still serious after several working cycles,
please recheck that the wiring is correct, as this could be an indication that the batteries are unevenly
loaded.
Please ensure identical cable cross-section and cable length when connecting the batteries to each
other. Loads should be connected to the positive terminal of the first battery and negative terminal
of the last battery in order to distribute the load evenly to all batteries. Before connecting, the vol-
tages must be adjusted to each other as described in section 6.3.
Why does my new battery already show charge/discharge cycles in the app?
As part of our quality assurance, all batteries as well as the installed components are regularly checked
before sale. Some charge/discharge cycles are completely normal.
Warranty
The following cases are excluded from warranty:
• Connection of components that do not comply with the specified technical data
• Defect is due to weather conditions, e.g. humidity, high or low temperatures, etc.
• Defective ventilation
• Improper installation
• Serial number not readable
