SAFETY WARNINGS
Charge the battery pack before
use. Read your digital camera or
camcorder manual for charging
instructions.
When not in use, remove the battery
pack from its device, and store in a
cool, dry place.
Do not short-circuit the battery. This
battery is protected with an internal
self-resetting fuse, but short circuits
may still cause severe damage to the
battery.
Be careful when placing the battery on
a surface to avoid short-circuiting.
Do not attempt to open or puncture
the battery case, as the battery
could potentially explode and cause
personal injury.
Do not expose the battery to rain or
moisture.
Keep the battery away from fire.
Do not incinerate, as the battery
could potentially explode and cause
personal injury.
Do not drop the battery or expose it to
strong shocks.
Do not use the battery at
temperatures below -4°F (-20°C) or
above 122°F (50°C).
The battery's run time depends on the
power demand from the device the
battery is installed in.
MAXIMIZING BATTERY
PERFORMANCE
Make sure the battery is fully charged
before use.
Clean the battery and contacts with
only a clean, soft, and dry cloth.
The battery may be warm during use
or recharging. This is normal.
It is natural for Li-ion batteries to fully
discharge during long storage periods.
Charge the battery at least twice a
year to prevent deterioration.
Remove the battery from your device
when not in use. Some electronic
equipment will draw current, even
when switched off.
