Remove the Outfeed Stacker from the BLM

Remove the Outfeed Stacker from the BLM

Tools:  

•

Allen keys: 3, 4mm

•

Spanner: 8mm

 

Step Action

Information

1

Remove the screws and washers 
that hold the outfeed stacker to 
the BLM.

2

Lift the outfeed stacker to 
disengage completely from the 
bottom chassis rail.

Rotate the outfeed stacker 
outward until the bottom of the 
outfeed mounting plate is away 
from the bottom chassis rail.

Lower the outfeed stacker to 
disengage the top of the outfeed 
mounting plate from behind the 
middle chassis rail.

Disconnect the stacker wires.

Disconnect the green and yellow 
earth wire from inside the BLM.
Disconnect the red and white power 
cable from the rear of the outfeed 
stacker.

Store the outfeed stacker with the 
BLM for future use.

Remove the collection table 
from the outfeed stacker.

•

Remove the stacker mounting 
plate from the outfeed stacker.

•

Wrap the components with bub-
ble wrap to prevent damage.
