7.4 Error identification
When encountering an error first try unplugging the battery charg
-
er from your wall outlet untill the light on the charger turns off. This
will reset the charger.
Red flashes every 3 seconds: problem from battery
Solution: The battery may be overheated. Place the battery in a
well-ventilated area.
Green flashes every 3 seconds: problem with the battery charger
Solution: The battery charger has overheated. Place the battery
charger in a well-ventilated area and make sure the fan can run
properly. The air through the heat fins of the charger must be able
to flow unobstructed.
Green - red flashes: No Load
There is no load connected to the charger
Solution: Check if the battery is connected to the charger. Reset
the charger by unplugging it from the electricity socket and wait-
ing for the LED indicator to turn off

7.2 Charging the battery
The battery is charged to a voltage of 56.8V. The battery starts
charging with a constant current. This is the maximum charging
current of the charger. When the battery reaches its maximum
voltage, it will be charged according to a constant voltage and
the current will decrease. When the battery is fully charged, the
charger will turn off automatically. Note: a float voltage is not
used. This is to extend the life of the battery.
