the sprayer-enclosure, and a microscope camera.

X, Y, Z stage
A sprayer is mounted on an X, Y, Z stage (three-axis manipulator), which slides on a pair of guide
rails that allow its withdrawal from the source enclosure for maintenance and changes.
A light within the source provides illumination for the spray, which you can observe using the
video camera mounted on the corner of the source housing.
The low flow rates involved with operating the NanoFlow source prohibit its use with the
instrument’s solvent delivery system.
