Limited Warranty
Applicable Model: CONGO Water Purifier
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
Water Tech Industries (“WTI”) warrants that the CONGO Water Purifier (except for the Filters, Auxiliary Faucet, Diverter Valve and Tubing)
will not prove defective (as defined below) under normal use for three years from the date of order or purchase. An item will be considered
“defective” (at WTI option) if it is defective in materials or workmanship and if the defect materially impairs the performance or value of
the CONGO Water Purifier to the original purchaser.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — Water Tech Industries’ liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages is
expressly disclaimed. In no event shall WTI’ liability exceed the obligation of repairing or replacing any part that becomes defective under
valid warranty coverage as described above. Cosmetic damage that does not affect the process functionality of the equipment is not
covered. WTI makes every effort to ensure that all illustrations and specifications are correct. However, these do not imply a warranty that
the product is merchantable or fit for a particular purpose, or that the product may not vary from the illustrations and specifications.
The warranty contained herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or inferred, including any implied warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose. Labor and transportation costs incidental to the delivery or replacement of parts other than WTI factory repairs are not
covered under this warranty. In the event of a warranty replacement or repair, WTI will cover the cost of shipping the covered components.
This warranty expressly excludes any system which has been damaged by accident, fire, flood, Act of God, abuse, neglect, freezing, exces

sive temperature (below 40° F or above 110° F.), inappropriate pressure (below 20 psi or above 100 psi), misuse, alteration of product in
any way by owner or installing company, product identification tampering, misapplication, installation or operation not consistent with WTI
instructions and installation outside of applicable plumbing codes and local regulations. Furthermore, this warranty expressly excludes any
system which has been out of service for more than 90 days continuously.
No person or representative is authorized to assume for WTI any liability on its behalf, or in its name, except to refer the purchaser to this
warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
WHAT WILL WATER TECH DO IF YOUR CONGO WATER PURIFIER IS DEFECTIVE?
If any CONGO Water Purifier that has not been altered or subjected to tampering, misuse, or abuse proves to have been defective during
the Limited Warranty period then, subject to timely notification of the claimed defect, WTI will, at its option, either repair or replace the
defective item at its expense.
HOW AND WHEN MUST YOU MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?
For service under this Limited Warranty, contact WATER TECH Inc. via telephone at 888-254-8412 or e-mail at [email protected],
weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM Central time BEFORE you return anything, for shipping and handling instructions. Then, return the
claimed defective product to 800 Freeport Parkway, Suite 150 Coppell, TX 75019, together with a copy of the RGA form provided by WTI
and a brief description of the product defect.
No warranty claim may be made unless the purchaser has notified WTI of the claimed defect by writing or telephoning WTI within 30 days
after its discovery (but in all events no later than 30 days after the end of the applicable warranty period). Upon receipt of a CONGO Water
Purifier that is claimed to be defective,
WTI will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether the CONGO Water Purifier is defective. By accepting a returned CONGO Water
Purifier for inspection, WTI does not concede that the returned system is defective. WTI will bear the expense of shipping, both ways, with
respect to the repair or replacement of any defective CONGO Water Purifier within the warranty period. If, in WTI’s opinion, the CONGO
Water Purifier is not defective, it will be returned to the purchaser.
OTHER IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
If WTI fails to repair or replace any defective item within a reasonable time, its liability under this Limited Warranty will in all events be
limited to the purchase price of the defective CONGO Water Purifier. Except as provided under Federal, State or Provincial laws, no person
is authorized to or may modify or expand the warranty provided herein, waive any of the conditions and limitations of this Limited War-
ranty, or make any different or additional warranties with respect to the CONGO Water Purifier. Any statements to the contrary shall be of
no effect unless made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of WTI.
