Auto Redial –
auto redial allows the video phone to redial the last call if the last call was
unsuccessful

Auto Redial –
to enable or disable auto redial option

Auto Redial Interval –
to set interval in between redialing

Auto Redial Times –
to set how many times auto redialing can be used
Intercom –
this option allows user to establish a direct call with the caller

Active –
to enable/disable intercom feature

Intercom Mute –
if enable once the user picked up the call the video phone will be on
mute
Hotline –
allows the user to call out a defined number automatically after hearing the dial tone
without dialing any number

to enable/disable this feature

Number –
to configure a defined hotline number

Delay Time –
to configure the interval after hearing the dial tone
ACD –
stands for Automatic Call Distribution, and mostly used in call-center industry, it allows
the video phone to login to the system with multiple status so that the system could distribute
an incoming calls to available user or agents.

to enable/disable ACD
