Hardware Description
Front View
The front of the XCS device.
This is a close-up of the LED panel.
Power Button
Press the power button to power on and off the device. Before you power off your device, make sure
your operating system is correctly shut down. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to force
a power off.
Power Indicator
The power indicator lights when power is supplied to the device and the device is operational.
Storage Activity
The storage activity indicator flashes when the hard disk drive is active.
On the XCS 1180 device, the individual status lights on each hard drive in the RAID array supersedes
the main storage activity indicator.
