Unpack the replacement card (Fan1 or Fan2) and make sure the
openings in the replacement card match the ones in the inoperative
card. The fans on each card must be in the same position.

Line up the fan card with the Serial Number sticker at the top inside
rail and gently slide the fan card in until the front of the module is
flush with the chassis front.

Turn the two latching screws until the card is fastened securely to the
appliance chassis.

Check that the Fan Card Status LED on the front of the host card is
green.
Replacing a power supply module
Because the Firebox V200 supports two fully redundant power supplies,
either module can be removed while the appliance is in operation. To
determine the status of each power supply, check the Fault LED and
Power Good LED on each power supply, or check the Power Supply
Status LEDs on the front of the unit. If a power supply needs to be
replaced, you must not remove the inoperative power supply until a
replacement is available.
